Fresh Pesto:Pesto on Pasta

The word "immediately" is used many times in these instructions--that's because if you don't do everything immediately, your pasta will clump together into a hopeless tangled mess!)
And remember to always have plenty of our Italian ciabatta bread handy when serving pasta with pesto! After finishing the pasta, a delicious film of the pesto's garlic and basil infused olive oil will have settled to the bottom of your serving bowl--perfect for sopping up with a hunk of ciabatta!
1 6oz. tub of Peggy's pesto, flavor of your choice
3 packages of Peggy's Pasta, flavor of your choice
Preparation:
1. NEVER heat (this includes microwaving!!!) pesto! Instead, pour or spoon one-third of a tub of thawed pesto over one package of cooked pasta. Do this immediately after draining the pasta while it's still piping hot.
2. Then immediately toss everything thoroughly but gently in order to evenly coat the pasta with the pesto.
3. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan for the finishing touch. Serve immediately.
