| stir-fry vegetables of your choice (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) |

Stir-fry vegetables in a small amount of olive oil.

Drizzle cooked pasta with olive oil, toss to coat, add vegetables and toss again.

Cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan at the table.
