Flavor Infused Olive Oils:Pasta with Seared Seafood

roasted garlic olive oil
garlic
scallops and/or raw shrimp
dry white wine
Italian parsley
pasta
Preparation:20 minutes
1. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat.
2. Add garlic immediately followed by the scallops or shrimp (cook separately if you're using both).
3. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until done.
4. Deglaze with wine, add chopped parsley, warm through and toss with cooked pasta.
