Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat.

Add garlic immediately followed by the scallops or shrimp (cook separately if you're using both).

Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until done.

Deglaze with wine, add chopped parsley, warm through and toss with cooked pasta.
