Flavor Infused Olive Oils:Mediterranean-Style Tomato and Cucumber Salad

basil olive oil
tomatoes
cucumbers
red onions
balsamic vinegar
Feta cheese
Kalamata olives (or oil-cured black olives)
capers
Preparation:20 minutes
1. Place thinly sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions on a serving platter. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Drizzle over basil olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Sprinkle with Feta cheese crumbles, sliced Kalamata olives (or oil-cured black olives) and capers.
